Freddie and his crew installed a well pump and electronics for us and installed a new Springwell Water Treatment system for our pump. Logan and Chelsey did a fantastic job. They were incredibly attentive to detail. I highly recommend Dampier. I will use them again exclusively.

Our well pump went out and we were facing a waterless weekend. Dampier responded immediately to our call and replaced our well pump on a Sunday. Good people. Excellent service

I called Freddie about my broken well and he was available right away! However, I asked if he could come the next day, and he arrived with his son the following morning. Both were very courteous and clearly explained what they did to fix it. The price was great and their work was excellent. Highly recommend.

They are amazing and I highly recommend them! My parents needed their well worked on, but we were unsure of the problem. We were told by a different company that they'd need a new well dug but Mr. Fred and his company saved us money by fixing our current well. They're flexible with time and get the job done right. I'm very happy I called them!

Had a great experience with Dampier Well and Pump Services during unfortunate well system blues. Had my tank replaced and installed on an emergency same day call for service. Out of 3 contractors called Freddie was the only one that answered and came through. Professional service, good communication and honest service. Would definitely recommend them if ever you needed a job well done.

I had a problem with the well at my house that I use to irrigate my lawn (stopped working). They were able to diagnosis it quickly (bad pump controller) and get my system up and running quickly. They were also a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions carefully and clearly. I will not hesitate to call them if I have any pump-related problems in the future and encourage you to do the same.

Freddie really helped me and my family out in a really rough time didn't do it for free but gave us a deal like no one else had offered we work hard everyday as a business owner as well and to have someone see that and really come in and help u out is a wonderful thing thank you to you and your team!!

HIGHLY recommend Dampier Well! Excellent and courteous service. These guys came out same day and had exactly what we needed to fix our well pump motor that got struck by lightning. Super easy to get in contact with them and they got everything I needed to finalize insurance paperwork for my lightning claim. Great work! Would definitely be my first call.

Owner came out with his crew (sons) late on a Friday to help me out after another local company quoted me close to double the price. Ultimately, he wasn't able to get his equipment into my location but set me up with another local company and provided the pump to him. Friendly, eager to help, and would absolutely go to him for any well needs in the future.

Our pump stopped delivering water to our home late Saturday afternoon but 4 calls to competitors produced no help. I called Dampier's and Freddie said, "I just got home but let me put my shoes back on and I'll come out." I was greatly relieved. We were back in business within 3 hours on a weekend! We were grateful and highly impressed with the service, Freddie's kindness and his willingness to help us in a difficult time. I woke up Easter Morning with no water. I did all the troubleshooting, called this man, HE PICKED UP THE PHONE on a holiday and helped me troubleshoot some more. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my own, but Freddie and his crew came out the next morning and fixed it. I have water! Thank you!!

This well & water treatment company is by far one of the best service companies I have had dealings with in Alachua County over the past 15 years since I moved here.

Living in the Four Lakes area, we are known for high levels of iron-producing bacteria. Freddie & his sons came out and gave us a common sense recommendation to install quality components, limited to what was absolutely necessary, and consider more expensive add-ons later only if needed. After consulting with 2 other companies, it was an easy decision to give Dampier Well & Pump Service our business.

And they didn't let us down! They scheduled installation of the new water treatment system within 1 week of our initial meeting. They were very responsive to any calls or questions I had from start to finish. Installation was completed in one afternoon. And they went through the added trouble of shocking my well to ensure my water lines were cleansed of any bacteria.

We couldn't be happier with the results and for a very fair price. Now we have clear water with no odor.

They showed up extremely fast when I called and thought my well pump was out. It turned out that it wasn't my pump and they were able to make be the fix quickly!

Mr. Freddie was very nice and compassionate. He was very responsive when called., and worked with me on my payment methods and he worked me right in to his very busy schedule all 3 times I had him come out! Him and his sons and company are very good people! I highly recommend them for any well problems or needs!

Dampier Well and Pump, Great company. They took the time to come out of the woods on a Sunday to fix a minor repair. Couldn't be more satisfied with the repair. Had them come back out and replace the water tank and install a Variable pump. Great company, 100% professional and polite. Honest and respectful, No drama, very straight forward.
